Events & Catering
Good food belongs at good gatherings.
Find Old Timey out in the community—or bring the ice cream, food, and Old Timey charm to your own celebration.
Some of our best days happen away from the shop. Old Timey appears at festivals, fairs, fundraisers, community gatherings, and special pop-ups throughout Elko County. Each event gets its own approach. The menu may be smaller, themed, or built around what makes that particular day worth celebrating.
Community events
We support local traditions, family days, fairs, rodeos, and gatherings that bring Elko County together. We are also the organizers of Food Truck Fridays.
Fundraisers & causes
Opportunities to support local schools, teams, nonprofits, and the people doing good work here. We support Elko Hockey Association, Relay for Life, Communities in Schools, and numerous other non-profit organizations in Elko County.
Weddings & receptions
A memorable dessert option with an Old Timey setup that feels special without feeling stiff, we help you make your day as special as you are!
Company & community events
Flexible service for employee gatherings, customer events, fundraisers, and larger crowds. We create a setup that matches the size of the celebration. From a party cooler filled with pre-scooped cups to a freestanding cart or a full Old Timey appearance, there is more than one way to serve a crowd.
We help you choose the option that makes sense for your guest count, setting, and the kind of experience you want people to have.
