These grain-free treats from Siete Foods are not available anywhere in Elko County. Most Ice cream shops serve nachos on broken waffle cone pieces, but the addition of a grain-free cinnamon churro chip meant that gluten free customers could enjoy them as well! The churro chips are the perfect base that serves as a foundation to ice cream nachos. Siete Foods was excited to see their product used this way and thanked Old Timey Ice Cream for their product innovation.
